This was 1.5 inches tall and about an inch at its widest. The Amethyst was 4mm in diameter.  This design could be modified to suit your tastes or cast as is.  I can cast my custom pendants up to 3.25 inches tall or wide in Sterling or Argentium Silver, white, yellow, or rose Gold, Palladium or Platinum.  Almost any type of stone can be used.
