Valeria Custom Jewelry’s Logo Design Contest

Valeria Custom Jewelry is excited to announce a logo design contest! Our original logo is outdated as our focus is now almost exclusively on custom jewelry and we want to make it more relevant! And in doing so, we are offering a free custom pendant, or ring in Sterling Silver to the person submitting the logo we choose for our website.

Using our current logo, color scheme, and portfolio at Valeria Custom Jewelry for inspiration, let your imagination run wild! We are looking for something sleek and modern that fits in with our style, but are open to anything. We are looking for something creative and cool!

Please submit your logo to us by 10/31/2019 for consideration. We will notify the winner within 3 days and arrange to create your prize.

Logos must be high quality Jpeg’s and no larger than 600x600px. We would prefer a rectangular shape, but it isn’t a requirement. To upload your image, click HERE and fill out the form. If you have any issues or questions, email us at lucas@valeriafinejewelry.com.

Logo Design Contest Terms and Conditions

1.1 Our Logo Design Contest contest is free to enter (no custom jewelry purchase required).

1.2 To be eligible to enter into the Logo Design Contest:

(a) entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States or Canada.

1.3 The maximum number of entries to a competition per person is 1.

1.4 The maximum number of entries for a competition shall be at our sole discretion but no less than 100 entries. Once this number of entries have been received, the competition will be closed to new entries, notwithstanding the published closing date.

1.5 The contest will be open for entries from 9/15/2019 until 10/31/2019. No entries will be accepted after that date.

1.6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

1.7 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.

1.8 A submission into the Logo Design Contest will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.

2.0 Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2.1 The winner will be notified by email not more than 5 days following the closing date of the contest and will receive their prize not more than 60 days following that closing date.

3. Copyright and moral rights

3.1 You warrant to us that you created your competition entries. That you own all of the copyright in those entries. And that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

3.2 You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your competition entries. However, exceptions can occur

3.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You irrevocable and unconditionally waive your rights to be identified as the author of your competition entries. Indeed, object to any derogatory treatment of your competition entries.
