Old School Custom Jewelry
Before CAD, Custom Jewelry was created by carving a wax. Miniature sculptures where carved by artisans in preparation for lost wax casting. Using the lost wax process, models were sculpted and molded in investment, which is kind of like plaster. Then, the precious metal was melted by torch and thrown into the cavity with a manually wound centrifuge. The wax is burned away and the metal piece of remained.
This custom 2 tone diamond wedding ring was cast separately in yellow and white gold and then assembled. Bezel set in each metal is a 4mm diamond. Other, and smaller type of stones could be used as well.

This is one of our Sculptural Engagement Ring designs that we love. The center stone is secured by 6 prongs that are accented with 1mm stones. If you don’t like 6 prongs, or don’t want the accents on the prongs, we can change that. The shank is an alternation of diamond accents and knife edged milgrain. If you wanted more stones, we could probably add 2-4 more. We could also remove stones.
