How The Custom Jewelry Process Works

Once the deposit has been received, design is commenced. After a rough draft is ready, you will be sent images of the piece. You will then have a change to make any changes you want made.
Once the design is approved, the casting process is next. First, a wax model of the ring is grown using a 3d printer. The wax is then enveloped with a rubbery material called investment. This forms a mold for the ring. The mold is then heated until the wax melts away. This leaves a cavity for the molten metal to fill, forming your ring.
After casting, the ring is polished and any stones are set. If it is to be engraved, that is the last step. Then..your ring is ready!
